Leadership lacked a centralized, easy-to-interpret view of digital performance across web, email, and social platforms. Reporting was manual and fragmented, limiting data-informed strategic decisions.

Established a unified KPI framework aligned with organizational goals. Defined measurable indicators such as conversion rate, engagement rate, subscriber growth, traffic sources, and cost per conversion. Focused on translating raw data into actionable insights.
Execution – Tools & Platforms
Google Analytics 4, HubSpot CRM reporting, Mailchimp analytics, Excel for data modeling, and dashboard visualization tools informed by Tableau and Looker Studio principles. Applied concepts from UVA Business Analytics Science certification.
