Project Title: Monthly Digital Newsletter (JPIC Report)
Introduction & Goal: The goal was to refresh the organization’s monthly newsletter design for better readability, engagement, and donor retention.
Process & Experience: I redesigned the template in InDesign and Mailchimp, implementing mobile-friendly modules, personalized greetings, and dynamic content blocks. I introduced A/B testing for subject lines and restructured the content into digestible sections with clear CTAs.
Outcome: Open rates rose by 40%, click-through rates doubled, and unsubscribe rates decreased by 18%. A special edition issue became the most-opened communication in the organization’s history.
My Role: I led the redesign, wrote and edited copy, designed visuals, and managed ongoing testing to optimize performance.
