Introduction & Goal: The goal was to create a compelling video summarizing key initiatives, donor impact, and community stories to be shared at the annual board meeting and online.
Process & Experience: Using Adobe Premiere Pro, I combined interviews, b-roll footage, and motion graphics. Captions and multilingual subtitles were added to ensure accessibility. I also optimized the video for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
Outcome: The video was viewed over 10,000 times across platforms in the first week, received overwhelmingly positive feedback from stakeholders, and boosted donor engagement. One campaign tied to the video raised 12% more than the previous year.
My Role: I conceptualized the storyboard, directed filming, edited the video, and managed cross-platform distribution.
